The
CargoFin Disbursement Manager enables authorised Buyers, to settle amounts due to authorised Merchants online.
Settlement of Merchants charges can be made directly by the Buyer, from within their clearing and/or forwarding system, such as
JET Logistics Solutions, using the
CargoFin API. Where mandates are in place, regarding the size of transactions that may be authorised, these are respected and the relevant mandated persons are emailed with a request to login to the
CargoFin Disbursement Manager, to authorise payments due to the Merchant.
Only
CargoFin authorised Merchants may be paid, using the
CargoFin Disbursement Manager.
Both the all-important
CargoFin Buyer’s file number and, the
CargoFin Merchant’s BoL or other references, are reflected on the
CargoFin Disbursement Manager dashboard. It is therefore possible for a Buyer to view all transactions relating to any file, instantly and, in one place.
